Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better Selangor, Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better Penang and H.O.P.E Johor will lodge simultaneous police reports at 8.00pm Saturday evening over the Batu Pahat dog torture incident. MDDB Selangor will lodge its report at the Selangor district police headquarters (near state PJ) whilst MDDB Penang will lodge its report at the Bagan police station and H.O.P.E at the Skudai piolice station. THERE WILL ALSO BE A GROUP MADE UP OF DOG LOVERS LODGING A POLICE REPORT AT THE BATU PAHAT POLICE STATION AT THE SAME TIME. We will be forwarding all parties a standard police report. We urge everyone feeling strongly about what had happened to gather at these four police stations at 8.00pm tomorrow. Insist on making individual reports - if there are ten of you insist on lodging ten seperate reports. The police report is to put on record our protest over what had happened. The report will also question why such a huge amount RM45 - which comes from public money - is paid per dog head by the BATU PAHAT Municipal Council. IS the dog catching contractor in anyway linked to anyone in the council? If the need arises a second report will also be lodged at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission over the possibility of cronysim involved in the allocation of the contract. DO NOT BE AFRAID OR INTIMIDATED. IT IS YOUR RIGHT AS A MALAYSIAN CITIZEN TO LODGE A POLICE REPORT. TO THOSE LODGING THE REPORTS IN PJ, PENANG and SKUDAI, tell the respective police stations to transfer the reports to Batu Pahat.
