(Kindly scroll down for English write-up)
Mil.

Endless sad song for stray dog~
Mil just like any of the millions stray dogs in the world, fated to stray for their whole life since they born.
If they are happened to be lucky, they may be adopted by some kind souls to end their stray life. But if they are unlucky as Mil, they not only have to carry on with their wandering life. They will also need to face all kinds of threatens and obstacles. They might face the risk of getting sickness, or starve day by day. Bu the biggest threaten for them is to face human’s cruelness!
We heard lots of reports about local council sending dog catcher to catch stray dogs all over the country recently. Unfortunately, Mil is one of the victims stalked by the dog catcher. Even though he had finally run away from the devils, but Mil’s rear leg was being fustigated until broken by the evilly dog catcher!
Luckily, a kind hearted lady had spotted poor Mil. She rushed him to the vet clinic. After diagnosed, vet concluded Mil had to amputate his whole rear leg in order to save his life. The kind hearted lady had no choice but turn to HOPE for help, hoping us could save poor Mil.
When Mil’s gauge opens up, a burst of nauseous smell assail the nostrils. The originally deep wound which can clearly see the bone was being gnawed by himself till knee. Therefore, needs to amputate the whole leg. Mil is a very quiet boy, when we are sending him to the vet, he lied on the seat without moving at all. He buried his head into the cushion scaring of another harmful hurt. We believed he needs time to wipe off the fear towards human…
Mil’s surgery and medical expenses cost about RM800, which is another heavy burden for HOPE. No matter how, we wouldn’t give up on Mil! We will try our very best to give him a chance of reborn!
The dog catcher’s cruelness on dog catching was strongly opposed and criticized by the public. Even though the government is amending the laws to protect the animals. But those laws are protecting only the pet and restricting on the owner only. How about the strays? Is there any laws are restricting the outsiders? For example the stubborn and naughty kids, the minor may abuse the animals too! How about the law-executor and the private appointed authority? Are they having the rights to ill threat the strays??? In fact, the greatest hurt is from these parties!
We strongly against animal abuse! Please stop cruelty on strays!!!

Your every donation enables us to provide medical help for the poor animal like Mil. Nevertheless, our medical expenditure is rising high and accumulating in astonishing speed. Each and every donation is a big token to HOPE's animal. We sincerely hope that the public would support our mission of rescue. Without your support, we are unable to provide necessary medical help to these stray animals who’s truly in need of help.
