一同协力去解决流浪狗的问题

流浪狗日益趋增，即使我们一直努力实行结扎计划，但是仍然不受控制的暴增。
Even we have been trying to do the neuter plan, the amount of stray dogs are still increasing and is still not under control.

根据统计，一只狗和他的后代可以在六年内繁殖多达67000只狗。这是个非常惊人的数目，如果没有为他们进行节育，任由他们毫无节制的繁衍后代，他们将面临缺乏食物、住所短缺、人类的各种威胁、意外等等。
According to a statistic, a dog and his posterity will be able to sire 67000 dogs in 6 years. This is a very huge amount. If you do not neuter your dog, the amount will be increasing and the dogs will be facing problems like food, places to stay, threatening human, accident etc.

很多自私的人选择以投报捉狗队处理流浪狗的问题，借他人之手致浪浪们于死地。但这根本是治标不治本的残酷方法，我们需要的是一个和平解决的方案，而不是牺牲无辜的生命。捕捉并不能解决根源，制止恶性循环的源头才是重点。部分的人认为，结扎等于剥夺了他们生育的权利。但是如果没有一个良好的环境去生长，无节制的繁殖然后承受各种痛苦直到死亡，这对他们来说才是最残忍的。
A lot of selfish people choose to report to dog catcher to handle the stray dogs problem. But this doesn’t solve the problem. What we need is a peaceful way to solve the problem but not sacrificing life. Catching doesn’t solve the root of the problem, the important thing is to prevent the roots of the problem. Some people may think that neutering deprive their rights of giving birth, but if there is no environment for them to live, no birth control will only let them suffer and lead them to death.This is even cruel.

通过结扎，能有效的减少流浪狗的数目，同时也能大大降低狗狗患上乳癌、卵巢癌、睾丸肿瘤、脓肿和前列腺癌等等疾病的机率。
With neutering, it will control the amount of stray dogs, and will help the dogs to have less chances of having breast cancer, ovarian cancer, testicular cancer, prostate cancer, etc.

我们的力量是单薄的，需要大众与我们同心协力去解决流浪狗的问题，流浪不是他们想要的，但他们别无选择。希望大家可以从结扎自家的毛孩子开始做起，然后自发的帮忙结扎附近的流浪狗。
We need more help from the public to solve the problem of stray dogs. It is not their choice to become strays. Let’s start from neutering our own dogs, and help the strays.

团结就是力量，只有联手解决根源问题，才能够竭止悲剧继续发生。请与我们共同努力，为浪浪的悲惨命运画上休止符。创造一个毛孩子不需再流浪的世界，那将不再是梦想。
Unity is strength, helping each other will only help to solve the roots of the problem and stopping tragedy from happening. Let’s work hard to stop it. Create a world that dogs won’t become strays. This won’t be a dream anymore.
